The Residenz

While living at the residenz we were harassed by one of our neighbors who would left multiple notes on our car windshield. Our car was keyed on all four doors. One tenant started allowing their dog to both urinate and dedicate in the hallway. In response to the third event a notice was sent out that for every incident following, any one in the complex would be charged an extra $40 cleaning fee. The drip in our kitchen sink was never fixed even tho maintenance does multiple upkeep inspections… throughout the year, which feels invasive. Drains, and appliances broke frequently. I lived here for 3 years and during that time the office staff never actually did anything to help. I had multiple issues while living here such as being harassed by someone living in the building, so many ceiling leaks, heat and ac not working, and a bathroom absolutely taken over by black mold. NONE of these issues were fixed quickly or kindly. They take so much money from you, but are not willing to help or do their job when they need to. The location is amazing, but you can do better!

I just signed my 9th lease and glad to do it. My apartment is comfortable and roomy. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There's a park across the street and in season, The Fraze concerts drift to my windows. The office staff is super; to a person they are pleasant, helpful and responsive. When I need something done or fixed, the maintenance crew responds with timely and skilled assistance. They are super nice, most have been here for many years and they know these older buildings… thoroughly. There's a good mix of residents here and people stay a long time. Just moved in in January but so far i like it. I had some maintenance issues when i moved it but they were taken care of super fast! The office staff has been super helpful with all my random questions as well.
