Looks can be deceiving.
It was a great property until AIY Properties took over! Not kept clean, section 8, renters that play loud music at different hours, halls can smell of weed, stomping. AIY Properties will do nothing to control issues you will have to call the police time and time again. All AIY Properties cares about money and they will harass you even if it's $10 that you owe.
Go elsewhere!
