well below par customer service

It is a cool building and it definitely has a great location but well below average customer service experience I had here. The property manager was not helpful when I asked simple questions and generally had a bad attitude a number of times throughout my year stay. There were a couple other things that I disliked about the place. The gym is pretty outdated for one and they don't keep up with, as in, there aren't towels or water stocked. Also, my neighbor had a bad experience in their unit… (there was a unfixed hole in the ceiling for over a month).

My major concern about this place is how I was treated. Sure, there were some times that I was treated with respect and as a preferred customer, which I appreciated. However, I received some miscommunication from the property manager and this experience overshadowed everything else. After attempting to reach out to the office a few times to attempt to discuss the confusion/miscommunication, my calls were not returned. I felt unheard as they responded with comments that did not address my concern(s) and were inconsistent/unreasonable with what the property manager has previously said. This situation left me feeling ripped off. I'm writing this this review as objectively as I can - the rating it is not a reflection of the result of the disagreement but more-so how the situation was handled (unprofessionally). Honestly, it is a nice building but poor ethics displayed by the property group.

i moved here 3 months ago. really like it. very nice and clean. staff in the office is super friendly and nice. great lake and downtown view.

Outstanding

I am a recently new renter not only at Marine Towers West, but also in the Cleveland area. I moved to Cleveland right after college graduation to start over with a new nursing job downtown. The staff at Marine Towers West has been nothing short of a helping hand in my relocation. Not only was the staff timely and professional with my move, they have also helped me get acclimated and comfortable in this new city. Claire and Char in the leasing office hold every answer you will ever need to know… about the building as well as the local area. The maintenance crew, Terry and James, have been extremely timely on my needs and very efficient with their work.

Although this move was a bit overwhelming for a young professional, Marine Towers West made every effort they could to make it easier on me. Coming home from work where no one knows you yet, to a friendly smile and someone who remembers your name, goes a lot farther than one could imagine. I look forward to the growing relationships I am developing within the building as well as my future time in these apartments.
