Wore place to live
I have lived here for over 7 years and I can't wait to move. Management sucks they don't fix nothing. Hallways always smell like marihuana and people are always smoking in the hallways which in my opinion is a fire hazard.. Buildings are always dirty neighborhood is bad. And the manager Karen sucks she dosent care at all about the residents. I think Rowland enterprise needs to come and check this property because it's very clear they don't know what is going on. They charge 20 dollars for... criminal backgrounds and u always see people with there ankle bracelets. The cops are always there!!! I can't to move next week!! If u want to live in peace don't move here! Karen sucks don't be fooled by her!

Management sucks
I use to live there for two/three years i was always on time for rent over paid in rent and she tryed to say rent was late a month had all my receipts but she lost some and tried to say i was behind in rent i was not behind at all!!!

Worse place ever
Do not move here the management don't fix nothing. The only thing that they care is to rent apartments. I can't wait to get out of here.
