Livable but only that

Its a place to live but maintenance is hardly ever sent out.
Advertised features of the apartment are left unrepaired and marked with maintenance completed.
Electric water heaters run out of hot water extremely fast.
Parking lot has massive potholes that scrape the bottom of smaller cars.
Air conditioning went out completely and I was given a window air conditioner that is dated at best.
It ran up my electric bill by hundreds and was DUCT TAPED WITH CARDBOARD to the window.
Aspen refused… to compensate for the jump in electric bill. This place is a joke.
Trash is left in hallways and near dumpster and smoking is permitted inside to people who pay.
