This is my favorite place to live in Columbus, Ohio since I moved here 12 years ago. This is a new community and very quiet. The on-site management is very professional and the property manager takes all matters seriously and is very responsive in getting them resolved. The maintenance is normally out within 24 hours or less to fix my work orders. And anytime I have questions, the office staff is happy to help. I highly recommend Andrew Reserve. It is a beautiful community. My experience here is... nothing short of positive.

I love living at Andrew Reserve. I moved in when they first built them last year and just renewed for another 16 months. Patrick is a great property manager. Always on top of issues and knowledgeable when you need help. Highly recommend this company. Great management!

My husband and I should have known from the beginning when the communication was poor, not to move here. We received calls from multiple people who would all ask if we were still interested in moving here after we would tell the previous person yes. We were then told a day to pick up the keys, so when my husband showed up, they told him they called the wrong person. I wish we didn't ignore this red flag. Since we moved in, we've experienced nothing, but hell here. Our neighbors have thrown trash... on or side, left dog fur on our porch, dog food, etc and nothing happened when reported, but some "fines". They have kept us up countless nights by blasting music, stomping, and having multiple dogs run around all hours of the night, even though the lease states you can only have animals that are on your lease, in your apartment. Again this was reported to management and they just "fined" them. I was told after a certain amount of lease violations they would be evicted, just to find out that their lease was renewed. The previous manager Jim was somewhat helpful, then management changed and things got worse. Patrick would pretend he would help, but wouldn't and at the same time, ignore my emails. I have sent videos and recordings, but nothing was good enough. The same neighbors let their dog outside without a leash, and he attacked another dog, still they were able to stay and renew their lease. The parking here is also horrible, the construction was rushed as you can tell when walking through the apartments, plumbing is horrible so when you flush the toilet, the shower leaks, they changed the front door just for it to not fit properly and it's hard to open. The only pros here are the location and the price, other than that, your mental health, and physical (as you may get attacked) are not worth it.
