Smoking is not permitted inside the house and we have a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. No underage consumption or drugs. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. If you violate any of the house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
