the good and the bad
The advertisement says smoke free. It's not smoke free. In fact you can smell smoke and pot coming into your apartment from other apartments.
It is pet friendly, very pet friendly. there are even doggie bag stations randomly placed throughout the complex. The downside is only maybe 50% of the dog owners use them, if that.
Maintenance is top notch. You have an issue, you fill out the form on the app or call the office and it will get fixed asap.
Management is fair and willing to... listen to you. Be polite, they have to deal with a lot of crap.
The washers/dryers in the first floor of the buildings are expensive and only work half the time. Management has nothing to do with it...they refer you to the company who owns the washers and dryers.
You can rarely get anyone to answer the phone. as long as you don't need to speak to a person but are okay with texts and emails you shouldn't have a problem.
