Do not move here!!!!

I've been here for almost 2 years
The first year was okay but after I signed my lease for a 2nd time the problems came. The parking is limited, there are rats on the walls you can actually hear them there loud, the water pressure is terrible your lucky if you get a good 10 minute shower in before the water turns cold and my building hasn't had working heat in 2 days in 20 degree weather???? I had to stay with relatives because you can imagine how cold my appartment is. This is the 2nd time this... week! They give an emergency phone number which no one ever calls back, it's an after hours answering service that will text you basic messages back. But no maintenance or office staff will call you back. I am a perfect payer never been late on my rent, I am counting down the next 2 months, my least will be up. Don't move here!!

Big Shout out to Alex and his crew!

I was not at first happy with my choice of moving here, but within the last year I must say these new owners have changed my mind. They have fixed the parking lot, they began to renovate apartments (including my apartment), and these renovations are gorgeous! Hardwood floors, brand new appliances, brand new kitchen cabinets... I am very happy..
I had trouble with my plumbing couple of times, but both times either Alex was here to fix it or one of his guys.
You guys know how to keep tenants... happy!
