We have been living here for a year and half. Very quiet neighborhood, the neighbors are super nice, and the management is wonderful. The Maintenence guy Brian responds very quickly to a problem and fixes anything for you in a timely manner. Amy is wonderful and replies to calls and text in a timely manner.

We moved in at the end of June. Amy the manager is FABULOUS. Any time I have had a question or concern she has promptly returned a phone call or text message. I had to have emergency surgery so whenever she sees me outside, she checks on me and my recovery. That is how well she remembers her clients, and means a lot to us. This is a very quiet complex. We rarely hear our neighbors. Its at the end of the street so we are near the woods with a little pond with ducks. Complex is well… maintained. Brian who is our maintenance man, is so nice and courteous.

Kensintong Manor

My experience with this apartment complex is wonderful, I was willing to move to Marion from columbus trying to find a home place nearest my job and I really found it! I'm so grateful for Amy because she helped me a lot making things go smoothly for me during my move. she's really friendly. It's a very quiet area and peaceful place to live in. Loving it so far! NCV??

I Love It

I've been here 7 years and I love it, it's very peaceful and quite. The neighbors are friendlly and management/maintenance are great. I'm about to have my first child and it's perfect for us, I wouldn't live anywhere else.I can't say enough about Bryon the maintenance guy and his help, he's gone over and beyond to help me during my pregnancy. Fixing what needs to be fixed and always available when needed. 1613 C
