Lived here for 3 years- Terrible

Landlord never goes through with what he says he will. It is impossible to get anything fixed that is broken, there is trash and dog poop everywhere, parking is terrible and apartment walk ways flood.

Complete dump

Buildings are falling apart as well as the property itself. Walls are extemely thin, place is poorly insulated. Base heaters mixed with the poor insulation make for an extemely high electric bill. By all means, save yourself the trouble... Move elsewhere.

Great place to live

I have had nothing but pleasure living in my home. Our landlord is always on top of everything and is pleasant to work with. They have cleaned up the area and we also have a friendly neighborhood.

Great Place

This is a very comfortable place to live. Located in Marysville Ohio, it is very close to nearby restaurants, it is kid friendly, and the neighborhood is very nice. It is located near a lot of my family and work, and is within driving distance of school. Great prices for a great place to live.
