Yorkview Apartments

I have been a resident for 15 years, and I concur with Rebeckah's review. I have seen and been through several property managers, and maintenance men that did not care for residents or property! This is the first time in all the years of being here that we have a property manager, and maintenance who puts Compassion into what they do, if you have a repair needing done Rick is on it. Pam is an amazing property manager if you have a complaint she handles it swiftly. She undoubtedly makes you feel... heard and cared for that we're equals not just somebody who lives in low-income housing. She answers all of our calls, if she can't she will call you right back. She along with Rick keeps this property "clean" It's truly a breath of fresh air to have two amazing people who care so much about our community. Thank you both for the outstanding jobs that you do.
