Horrible
Horrible place to live. There is no parking, maintenance is horrible they have actually said they can’t fix things because there to old and don’t make parts anymore. But when you leave they wanna charge you for things you tried to get fixed. Management will bang on your door whenever they want to no consideration of if you work nights or not. The walls are paper thin, you can hear if your neighbor sneezes. There is no storage except the tiny space under the stairs. If you were thinking about... living here I would keep looking!

bad maintenance
you have to call a number that is screened by an answering machine. Maintenance calls are uncoordinated with management. There is no communication within the company and its employees. A nice property and living space but poor management.
