Waterford Village

I’ve lived at Waterford Village for 3 months. It has been a fantastic place to call home. The property is gorgeous and the buildings are well cared for. It’s quiet and homey with the cozy fireplace and private entrance and outdoor patio. My dog and I really love living here.

I chose to live here based off of previous reviews, location and apartment layout. I cannot express enough how happy I am that I signed a year lease here. The staff is absolutely amazing and truly makes everything carefree throughout my residency. I’ve never felt so much worth for my rent money each month.

We lived in these apartments for almost 10 years why did we stay so long because of the management team of deann and nicole the maintenance team of ed and broderick they made us feel so welcome and comfortable that we found it hard to leave. We have referred many people to the waterford because they are the best. Once you move in you too will find it hard to leave . I lived at WVA a few years ago and I loved it. I loved the homey feel of the apartment and the fact that it felt like a home and not an apartment. The staff was amazing. I dealt with Deanna a lot and she was simply amazing. I think what made my decision to live there was meeting the owner and getting his take on why he built the apartments and the passion he exuded when he showed me around and talked about what he wanted from apartment living....to not feel like you were in an apartment.… Unfortunately, due to circumstances, I had to move, but my goal is to come back to WVA soon. :) Read More
