The biggest disappointment has been the lack of urgency from maintenance. I called the emergency maintenance line when my AC stopped working, and no one answered or returned my calls. Maintenance has entered my apartment several times, but the same issues continue. My front door lock also remains unrepaired after multiple requests, creating both an inconvenience and a security concern. First and foremost, my biggest concern is every time I have an issue.And have to call corporate and speak with the lady named Rebecca she is always kind of snotty and talks over me she doesn't really seem to listen or care, or maybe it's she has a feeling she's above someone i'm not sure what the issue is i've never really had someone be so inconsiderate or uncaring.Especially when they were supposed to be a regional or whatever she is higher up..

I had a lot of issues previously when I moved... in. Those have been resolved. I guess you can say but there continues to be issues. I also lived here a few years ago.and they were raising the rent because they were supposed to be redoing the townhomes, which the only thing different is they have a brand new microwave other than that. Absolutely, nothing has changed except a five hundred dollar price increase. No new countertops, no new light fixtures and doorknobs, no new dishwasher or refrigerators.Pretty much everything that we had five years ago is the same. When I i lived here previously. We always had issues with the trash compactor and it is still an issue that I have reported to the regional. It is always out of order or broken and has to be fixed. Leaving a massive line of garbage bags all the way out to the road. Because there is nowhere to place it or be forced to leave your garbage on your front porch, which creates rodent's and stench.And it is just not within walking distance, and I have asked if they could somehow get 2 more dumpsters, that way people do not have to drive with trash on top of their hoods or in their car. Leaking garbage juice everywhere.A lot of residents also agree to this. I have issues with parking. People come to park all the time to play soccer in the field, and I feel like they need to monitor that more and put better signs to let people know.They do not need to park in the apartments that they should use the entrance on the other end. Also, the pool was not open on time and continues to be closed every other day. They cannot get the gate fixed and seem to refuse to buy new lock or call a professional to fix it. They always leave the doors open to the pool pump room also and they do not have it safe in the hallway to the pool, bathroom. They just simply put letters asking not to go in dripping wet, instead of putting down slip proof mats, knowing that they are providing us a restroom to use while swimming at the pool. I am not one to leave reviews but when I tell you you would love it here all around from the apartments to the sweet young ladies in the office they are so helpful from answering the phone if they miss your calls they will call back immediately Ale she helped me with all of the paperwork Ale and Brittany are fantastic! the customer service to getting things done quickly and making you feel comfortable, thank you ladies

My family has been living in this complex now for 10 years in two different units as we’ve grown and upgraded. Ownership has always been great and even helped us navigate a very difficult maintenance issue. They’ve helped us get it resolved and corrected and I am very thankful for that.

We’ve been well taken care of by maintenance and the property managers. The staff that work in the front office have always been so patient and understanding, and I have always really appreciated them.

The... complex is safe and quiet, and everyone likes to take care of their homes and respect each others privacy.
