It’s a basic nice option for low income housing in nelsonville. Upstairs units stay very hot, especially in summer. Wall a/c unit is under window on floor but doesn’t cool efficiently. Units are kept repaired but if neighbors have roaches everyone has them in the building regardless how often they spray. Lots of traffic in and out but overall it’s basic and ok for low income. One pet is allowed with weight limit and very strict rules are in place. Example if your animal cries when you leave you... must make arrangements to either take the animal with you or find a way to keep it quiet or lease rule is broken. If droppings don’t get picked up the grass won’t be cut. I lived there 7 years. Neighbors have changed now so I can’t give information on the safety of the area any longer. Not very sound proof, so experiencing their sex life, arguments etc is included free of charge entertainment lol.

My paper work was lost by corporate and it took 3 months to get my rent deposit retuned from the corporate office. I did deposit back but I left the unit in pristine condition.

The new management is completely inept and have no idea how to run an apartment complex. They are rude and love to stick their noses into tenants personal lives. Some of the worst management I have seen.

Pros Nice place 2 bedroom includes trash and water all electric you get range and refrigerater plenty of cabinets in kitchen includes a pantry storage closet in front room outside storage room decent size master bedroom plenty big enough for me has a bathroom heater in ceiling with timer
