Dont go there!!
We had a sewer line back up into,our apt took them 5 hours to turn the water off!! Have black mold in closets no heat in winter management is AWFUL!! Maintaince people are the worst!! Rent is WAY TOO HIGH!! Cockroaches in cupboards after being there 3 months never sprayed had to do,it ourselves. HORRIBLE PLACE TO,LIVE!!

Not as advertised
There are no amenities other than a very small pool and one playground. I have lived in my building for 2.5 years and the same washer and dryer has been in the building for that time and they do not work properly. Not once have they been repaired or replaced. The apartments have a foul odor. The office staff is very friendly, that is probably the only positive, that and they allow dogs. If if wasn't for my dog I would have moved out after my lease was up the first time. There is a very... high turn over of tenants in my building alone - that in itself should say something. These are not nice apartments and definitely not worth what is being charged for rent. I initially moved in for one they allowed dogs and two at the time the rent wasn't too high, I wanted to save money so I settled for this place. I regretted it the day I moved in. If if wasn't for my lack of option on places that afford dogs, I would not still be here.
