Wonderful place to live

I stayed at valley York apartments for almost 5 years. I had a window amazing stay there. The leasing office staff were always nice, gracious and helpful. Maintenance was great and always responsive and resolved any issues I was experiencing very quickly. The move is bitter sweet that place will be truly missed. Thank you valley York for providing me a great place to stay

Love this place!

We have been here for 10 years and haven't had any big issues. The issues that have come up, the maintenance and office have been timely in their response to our need.

Great place, great location!

Haven't experienced any of the negative issues some other are reporting. I did have a concern previously and Jaylene in the office resolved it quickly. I'm very happy with Valley York and their management team.

Poorly Managed

Half of the apartments A/c does not work, they aren’t willing to replace, you’re unable to control the heat in the Winter so you MUST open the windows, also don’t believe them if they tell you the washer and dryers are being updated I was told that when moving in and it was a LIE it’s been almost a full year. Only one working dryer in the whole building, no amenities either. Packages are stolen all the time, only good thing is some people are older and stay to themselves. Oh and be ready to hear… police sirens 5x a day.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues in our property. The laundry machines are brand new and have all been replaced. If there is an issue please contact the office as they are… still under warranty and we will have it addressed right away. Also, regarding the A/C - if there's any issue please contact the office so we can get maintenance on top of it right away. It's unfortunate that your packages are missing. You can always have it shipped directly to the office to avoid missing them when they are delivered. Don’t live here unless

Can’t control the heat so my whole family have to sweat and open all the windows. Almost none of the washers and dryers work so you have to pay multiple times for one load. Don’t get maintence bc they will never come and will close out the job bc they are lazy. None of the stuff I needed fixed were fixed by them. Now trying to move out and they want to take your whole paycheck. So if you want to live here you have to have low standards…
