STAY AWAY PLACE IS HORRIBLE
I moved into one of their buildings in October 2025. Let me say this is NOT my first time living in an apartment building. This place is VERY loud. You can hear everything. I was able to hear my neighbors talking (when they were talking loudly), putting dishes away, walking, opening / locking their door. The walls on this units are very thin and NOT insulated. It was non stop noise all day long. When repairs were being done by contractors they were there into late evening / night hours. The... management team has no clue what is happening in their own buildings. I moved into a NEWLY RENOVATED apartment. I had repairs done on a weekly basis it seems I always had to be home for something. The shower leaked since day 1, water all over the bathroom floor. They never fixed it. The shelf in the close consistently broke, water leaking in from the outside at bedroom window. It was too much there to deal with, so much so that I was let out of my lease without penalties. I must say that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE IT!! This is not apartment living. There are state and other regulations against noise. If it wasn’t an issue they would never come up with these laws. I live in a different apartment building now not too far away. I have quiet. There is no noise all day and night. When I went to get my refund, THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY AND KEEP THE ADDITIONAL RENT I PAID. I had to contact management and tell them to pay me the additional money they owe me. I would definitely stay away.

We’re genuinely sorry that your time in the community did not meet your expectations. Our team works hard to support our residents, and in this case we made repeated efforts to address the concerns you raised — including scheduling and completing... multiple service visits, coordinating access around your availability, and investigating noise issues in accordance with building standards and local regulations. We strive to be responsive and solution-oriented, even when situations are challenging. We agree, noise ordinances are there for a reason, and we expect all our tenants to follow their directives. Though it's imperative that people realize that normal movement as part of apartment living does not fall under these regulations and a certain amount of flexibility is required when living in a multi-family building. Additionally, certain water issues are inevitable due to condensation formed when there's cold air outside and warm air inside. As much as we'd like to stop it, we can't fight nature. The same was for every issue you mentioned, we dealt with it, or at least tried our best to within the parameters you set. Unfortunately we couldn't manage to satisfy you despite our best efforts. Regarding your refund, there was a brief administrative discrepancy after your move-out. Once it was identified, it was promptly corrected and the full amount owed was returned. There was never any intent to withhold funds. While we regret that we were unable to reach a resolution that felt satisfactory to you, we acted in good faith and made every reasonable effort to help above and beyond the typical. We truly wish you the best in your new home, and hope you'll find peace and happiness there.
