Parma Village Luxury Apartments...what a joke!
The property is FILTHY inside and out. Cleaning company does a POOR once-a-week cleaning. If there is any maintenance issues...good luck having anything done within a reasonable time...there is no regular maintenance person. Management's respond to issues is nonexistent and they only care about rent collection. The three public restrooms are disgusting...dirty toilets and floors. Management informed residents that they are not allowed decorate the community room for holidays (easter,... Christmas, etc.). Packages are stolen frequently and management states that they cannot view the cameras to see who took them...BS!
The children from next door schools constantly run around the property, throwing stones, checking car door handles, riding their electric bikes through the property at high speeds. Parents picking up the children from the schools next door park in the lot, blocking parking spots, leaving trash...management does nothing. If you are planning to move here...DON"T!! The property and services provided did not justify the rent.
