Dangerous place to live. Terrible upkeep. Even the mayor is aware. Stay away.

No upkeep inside apartments. Bad communication. It’s a trick to take your parents $$$. Keep them in your home. Too expensive.

Loud at Night 5/ 6 Maintenance Men in 6 months.

They can’t keep a maintenance person on staff because they are too cheap. We don’t have granite counters like it states. In weekend and holidays, people think the hallways are a playground. It never stops even late at night. Ayer 10 pm. Parking is a less. The building is quite lovely. Just these major con

Parking & Maintenance issues

There is not enough resident parking. Emergency maintenance after hours is not responsive. The apartment building is beautiful and well kept.
