After months of complaints, they have failed to address multiple issues: off-and-on leaking from the ceiling above the kitchen sink, mold in the bathroom, and dead light bulbs in the hallway of the building, to name a few. On the off chance maintenance does show up, they never fail to leave dirt and grime all over the unit, regardless of whether or not the issue was solved.
