Bill Hill Apartments

After months of complaints, they have failed to address multiple issues: off-and-on leaking from the ceiling above the kitchen sink, mold in the bathroom, and dead light bulbs in the hallway of the building, to name a few. On the off chance maintenance does show up, they never fail to leave dirt and grime all over the unit, regardless of whether or not the issue was solved. Minimal effort to clear snow and ice in the winter, which is important given the amount of steps and the fact that the... building is located on a hill with a steep driveway.
