The units are great, excellent storage and the kitchen is fantastic with brand new appliances. However....there is absolutely zero soundproofing between walls and floors. If you have loud neighbors or neighbors with energetic kids, be prepared to hear absolutely everything. Stomping, screaming, crying, banging on the floors and walls, cabinets closing, doors slamming, yelling, people talking at normal volumes, I can even hear my neighbor sneeze. At all hours of the day and night. The worst part... is that there really isn't much management can do about this level of noise, since it stems more so from poor construction than neighbors being purposefully disruptive or unaware. Why is it I can hear my neighbors, pretty much all hours of the day I have to hear someone yelling at the top of their lungs, the managers should really do something about soundproofing these units...

Place looked amazing when I moved in but I soon found out different. Very noisy neighbors all around. Thin walls and floors. Shabby construction. Water is shared which is absurd since there are way more people living behind me than should be. No pitbulls, yet they are everywhere. Dog poop and trash everywhere. Parking is difficult with all the extra people that should not be living here. Pool has been closed more than it has been open. Manager says issues will be addressed yet they are... not. The apartment overall is nice inside. The biggest issue is that the foundation and walls are very thin and complaints are not addressed. You can hear literally everything and I am on the highest floor. You can hear other peoples doors shutting, cabinets, when your neighbors are in the kitchen, and worst of all footsteps especially if your neighbors walk very heavy. It shakes the apartment. The people that live below me I can always hear them talking and they make a lot of noise with banging,... music, and the loud stomping. Complaints have been made using all forms of communication but they have been ignored or I have been asked to record which is impossible to hear via iPhone but still tried. It also takes a while for maintenance to get around to issues that should’ve been fixed before I moved in but some of those things got fixed not all. I was one of the first to occupy my building so I couldn’t hear much of anything at first but if I’d known this would be this bad when people moved in I would not have opted to liyve here.
