So many inaccuracies in this ad for Rittman Acres
Even 2 stars is a lot as it's barely OK. As a former tenant I'd say half the things stated in this ad are blatantly untrue. No air conditioning (unless provided by the tenant), No ceiling fans, No dishwashers, No washer/dryer hookups, No garbage disposals, No maintenance personnel on site, Management on site maybe 4 hours a day on weekdays. After that, you're on your own. The laundry room provided has space for 4 washers and 4 dryers, but there is only one working washing machine and two... working dryers. The others have been removed. As senior apartments there is certainly no playground. Amenities?? What amenities? Who placed this ad? It reads like fiction.
