Wonderful community. A very quiet building. Good maintenance staff. Would recommend highly.

BAD RESPONSE WHEN TRYING TO VIEW APARTMENTS
I went there on Sunday at 11 am (their web page said they opened at 10 am). They have a security door and a call in box at the entrance. The glass security door was locked and I could see people sitting inside "chatting" and laughing. I knocked on the door. No Response. I called using the wall phone and the woman who answered said "You must wait. I can take a message".
The message was "I am here to view the one bedroom apartment advertised as vacant". She didn't say anything and just put the... phone down (the line went dead).
So that was my experience with Linden House. Move in there at your own peril.

Unfortunately, as listed on our website and all advertisements, our office is closed on Sundays. The phone number you would have dialed from the phone in the entry directed you to voice mail, as it was outside of regular business hours.... We checked messages on the following Monday of your visit and unfortunately, we did not receive it.
