Hunter's Trail Apartments

Very chinzy appliances, fixtures, flooring, and carpeting. Tiny bedroom in 1 bedroom unit, and no dining space at all in the small living room. Driveways and roads not cleared after snow. Uneven floors, so you feel like you are walking up and down slopes in your apartment. But is is nice to have a garage and the area is quiet.

To start I worked with a woman in the office by the name Tianna. She was patient, kind, and beyond efficient with getting things done on her end to get my new apartment move in ready. She made time to show the apartment within minutes of my original request to see the place. The apartment is clean and quiet and I feel very safe with the other residents. I can already tell I will be calling this place home for years to come ! Thanks Karan & Simon Realty and Tianna !

The apartments are large, clean and lots of natural light. Some units have a balcony and the neighbors are very nice. The only bad thigs are no onsite manager and it is impossible to reach someone after hours.
