Mike and Maurice in the office are always so friendly and really helpful! Maintenence team is awesome too, they're always quick to respond to work orders and they're all also really nice! The apartments are really spacious, love having an in-unit washer & dryer, and the 2 pools are great too! I mean, there's a reason we've lived here for almost 5 years!

Fantastic tour - loved the property
Maurice was fantastic. Explained the process in detail regarding the application. We toured two units, loved both. Both were move in ready and obviously well done. I submitted my application immediately after the tour. Looking forward to hopefully calling Country Club my new home. Beautiful property and apartments. Kind office staff made it even better.

The best place to call home!
The perfect equilibrium of cost and quality here in Toledo. After searching all over metro-Toledo, Country Club is the best bang for your buck. It’s nice to be able call this place home. The staff here are helpful, knowledgeable, and proficient. Maurice and Kimberly assisted by the property manager helped me become a resident here and the two maintenance gents have been wonderful. Having central a/c has been Godsend. Don’t fall for wall units etc as advertised by other properties. They are not... as efficient when dealing with the Toledo weather; tthe lake effect is real out here. Look no further, Country Club Toledo is where you’ll need to call home

Great staff
I have lived here for a year with my puppy and we have absolutely loved every minute of it. The home is spacious and the Office staff is amazing! Jody moved me in and Mike was fantastic also. The new staff in the office is extremely friendly and willing to help.
