Waste of money

Do not stay in this property I repeat don't stay here they don't fix things maintenance are lazy very rude I advise not to stay if you want your money worth don't stay here Find somewhere else to live I was recently there not too long ago I had mold and mildew all through my carpet My shower was horrible They would not reglaze my tub The floors are unleveled floorboards are loose Don't stay here they won't help you They owe me funds it would not give me my funds do not stay here I'm telling you… now bad decision don't stay here management It's very rude

Gateway townhomes

Gateway is a great community been living here for 5yrs and had no issues. I hear a lot of bad things about gateway but honestly I have no complaints. The ARE program they have is great. When you feel you can’t met the criteria of paying rent this program gives you opportunities to help in that area

Gateway Townhomes

Gateway Townhomes is a great place to stay very roomy and they also have payment agreements that called A.R.E very helpful plan so u want fall behind Gigi is a lot of help to help u get started.

Gateway Townhomes IS THE BEST

I love living here the community is beautiful Ms Cathy and the whole office team are great and help a lot but THE MAINTENANCE TEAM is awesome they get the job done when u need repairs definitely a great apartments to live at
