Please read if you're considering renting from Capri Leasing!

I am not an easily upset person, but this leasing office has managed to do that and more. You can't even enter the office, they hardly answer calls, they lied about having a working pool, our flooring tile is literally peeling up off of the floor, maintenance is first come first serve with NO EMERGENCY OPTION!!! We avoid putting in requests because we don't like to cause any inconvenience and are fairly handy, but our refrigerator went out and we had not heard anything after submitting a work… order, so I called to request any kind of urgency or timeline. They refused to provide us with either one which now leaves us without a fridge for the holidays/foreseeable future, considering the last maintenance request for a key (which we were supposed to have at move in) took 4 MONTHS to complete. If you don't mind never hearing from your landlord in any capacity other than passive aggressive signs all over the mailroom and office patronizing renters for being upset with their lack of service, then feel free and enjoy your time with Capri leasing.

Don't even consider moving here.

Pool and "fitness center" have been closed for at least 5 years. No one in the leasing office. You can't talk to an actual person on the phone. You can't reach anyone for maintenance other than leaving an online order. Nothing ever gets fixed. Owner spends the rent money on Bentleys and Mercedes while you'll sit with no heat and a/c. Nothing has been updated since the 90's and they do nothing about terrible neighbors that scream all day and night. The whole place smells like dog poop and… you'll step in it on your way to work.

do not live here.

HORRIBLE/ extremely rude management and maintenance (including the CEO, Maggie). sewage flooding in building 2 was not addressed for over 20 hours, and they refused to replace carpeting. will not fix air conditioning for days to weeks.

Move In At Your Own Risk!!!

I have lived here for several years and this place has drastically declined. It's bug infested, and management has done nothing to fix the problem!!! Management and staff lack good customer service, and nothing gets repaired without multiple calls, complaints and service requests. No amenities available(pool has been closed for years). If you want a tranquil place to live, this place is not it.

GREAT MANAGEMENT , MANTENANCE & ONSITE ALL NIGHT SECURITY.

The management team is very patient and understanding. Any problems I have reported to maintenance was fixed the same day within hours. Security officer sits in the parking lot & patrol the entire complex all night.
