Stay away!!

These people are liars. Their countertop cracked from a hot pot and they wanted to charge us around $2000 for this. The repair sheet they give at the beginning is useless and they did not honor this. It mentioned $70 for the countertop. Although it is their fault that the material is not adequate to handle heat, which is expected from a countertop. Toledo has many new better complexes and better management. They are refusing to return the security deposit as well. Stay away.

Stay away from these people

Once again, please stay away from these people, first as my previous post the charged me more than 3k when I left because the said that I agreed on extending the contract when I didnt. and almost two month since we left this place they still have not refund our deposit, they said that they sent it but it neverd arrived, they said that they need to charge another fee to do "another check" because the first never arrived, I asked them for a tracking number and they said that they dont have it, so… I went to my USPS office and they said that without a tracking number they can't do anything they don't have proof of sending us the deposit. I hope to recover my money back, or I will to take this into my lawyer and sue this company. Please stay away, it is our worst experience renting, noneman real state company lack of customer services an professionalism, they just care about taking your money.
