Great place to live! Management is very good at maintaining property and making improvements. Love my view of the pond and green space from my patio. 5.5 years here with no plans to move.

Leaky Dishwasher I recently had an issue with my dishwasher that was leaking. The dishwasher was old and needed to be with a new one, I have put the request in on a Saturday late late in the evening and by Monday morning maintenance was by my apartment checking out my dishwasher saying that it’s an older unit and will be replaced. They didn’t even ask questions on what caused the leak. New dishwasher went in, but an old clamp was used and then I still had a little bit of a water issue and when... I noticed that I’d let maintenance know right away and they were back to fix it within an hour.

Overall, my experience here has been great. I’ve been here 1.5 years and sad to leaving. The buildings are tucked back off the main road so you don’t feel front and center. The office staff is SO kind, maintenance is speedy, and it’s down the road from a grocery store and other places. Any issue I’ve ever had has quickly and efficiently been resolved.
