Lightning fast response Great experience with the AI bot and then Angie took over and did a great job on showing us the apartment.
And now she is helping us with the move-in & getting the lease signed.

Oven replacement Our oven stopped working. We submitted a maintenance request online and they had our oven replaced with a new one within 24 hours. I have never even heard of service this good. I am beyond surprised and in awe of how responsive and professional Orchard Lakes maintenance is. Wow- amazing!

The maintenance person picked up the call right away and was at my apartment in less than 45 minutes. He was very nice and took care of the issue right away.

Great maintenance! Maintenance person was st my door about 20 mins after I put in the request. Fixed my problem quickly. Was very professional and polite.
