Moving in I just wanted to say that the move-in was easy Peezy. The paint job was OK but the move-in was perfect Paul the maintenance man is the best maintenance man I’ve ever encountered.

Repair feedback I had my tub faucet replaced, they failed to seal the faucet and it’s leaking from the copper pipe. All sealant on the side of the tub is split and moldy now.

Outside grass area /Upper sidewalk Large area of grass on side of concrete missing due to obvious crater tripping and appearance issues possible.
Done ! Filled and appearance isn’t an eyesore or tripping hazard.

Apartment Hardware replacement.. Hardware needed replacement in pantry and bedroom area. Done correctly and accurately by Jayden(maintenance professional) I’m always satisfied with his service!
