Staff-not all

A staff member was very rude and hung up on me. I can not with people sometimes. The priorities of this maintenance team is messed up and unorganized at times. It’s a money grab $$$$

Horrible carpet repairs You want a review so here’s my review. I’ve had the same spot in my carpet repaired twice. It’s now going to be a third time. Carpet keeps coming up near the kitchen and all they do is glue it down. Wellp they did it this time. And it’s not even fixed. I asked when I moved in, why they didn’t replace the carpet, they said it wasn’t needed, sure. Matted down carpet, carpet coming up from the edges doesn’t justify new carpet. I guess I’ll just keep walking over it n… vacuuming it so it keeps coming up. The carpet is gross.
