Recent move in The leasing team is nice and supportive. The house was in mixed shape. Paint was chipped, balcony requires pest control, and some wooden plank , shelf , door has ding and are chipped in corner. Bathtub has dents, and bath tile has bubbles. I submitted all videos to leasing team. They are taking care of it
