The rooms are decent and the neighborhood is fine if you dont mind hearing ambulances all the time. Thats about all thats nice that i have to say about this place now. The gopd reviews are feom when the old manager Linda owned the buildings. They are now under new management and the experience couldn't be worse. You cant get in contact with anyone even when tbey say theyll be in the office or tgeyll answer your call or email back, theyre rude once you DO get in contact with them, the maintenance... is PAINFULLY slow, the rent has been raised not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES during this last year of the pandemic alone! I live in a apartment complex that consist of either one or two bedrooms. One of the many features that is impressive about our apartment complex is that it is diverse in race and gender . Some of the positive aspects associated with our complex is it is safe, it's clean, well maintained, well lit parking areas, And we have a property manager that is been here for 20 years and does an awesome professional job of keeping the property up and the tenants happy. Not to mention there are... some tenants that have lived here for the past 20 years, that in itself says a lot about the complex . Oh, and I cannot leave out the fact that our maintenance crew is top notch.

Our complex is located in a semi-upscale area of the city surrounded with a lot of positive amenities.
