I LOVE IT HERE!!!!
I’m not sure what some of these reviews are about...BUT my husband and I have been here for 7 months and are talking about renewing our lease. We have two dogs, and almost everyone has a pet! Our neighbors are super friendly and our townhouse is BEAUTIFUL! Management is phenomenal, we’ve had horrible management at other rentals in the past and let me tell you, James goes far more than above and beyond for the tenants. For people complaining they are overpriced, you pay for what you get. You’re… in a neighborhood, a very safe and clean area, newer townhomes, and amenities like crazy. It’s hard to find places that allow two dogs with no weight limit or an in-unit washer and dryer. And for the past reviews, I have no idea who Amanda is, but she isn’t here anymore! Ha.
