Horrible New Owner
I’ve lived in Big Sky for some time now and have seen the decline of the complex under new ownership. The landscaping is very poorly cared for, when anything needs fixed in the units you are forced to wait a very long time for repairs so the owner and his father can do them so he doesn’t have to spend money. They use to be well maintained on the exterior and issues resolved in timely manner but that is no longer.

READ your lease FIRST!
After several conversations with the property manage I understood that things would be taken care of PRIOR to moving in. Not so! Dust and sawdust in the cabinets, dents in the front door and sorely i n need of painting, chips on the bathtub, room baseboards chipped and broken. Security at best is marginal. Old style locks, you cannot add your own free standing alarm even if wireless! Small garage does not fit more modern cars.
