Durling Crossing Apartments

It says Smoke Free, but it's not. The smoke smell is horrible in the apartments. Smoke smell comes out of kitchen cabinets (where I keep my dishes and food), underneath the sink. It's in the bathroom and closets too. If you're a non smoker or smoke smell bothers you/your allergies, this is not the place for you. Would be a great place if the apartments where actually non-smoking.

I've lived here for over 3 years. It's a nice apartment for the price. The grounds are kept up. If you have a problem, it's taken care of in a timely manner. The only 2 things negative I can say is that in the winters, the parking lot is not always salted, they do keep them clear the best they can, but it's always icy. Also, I'm a non smoker and the smoke from the people beside, behind and above me come into my apartment and most of the times when I come home from work, my apartment stinks... of smoke.
