Should be condemned

Lived there until May 2024, we were practically drowning in black sewage water, roaches were pouring out of the electric sockets and HVAC vents, mold everywhere from flood damage, AND THEY CALLED OUR UNIT NEW! It’s filth run by crack addicts and con artists. RUN.

Poor management/ communication

Granada recently just switched owners with no heads ups. Said they were going to have online payment system up by December of 2024 and it still isn’t up. They also don’t have their affairs in order to sign any leases. The hallways reek from sewage coming from apartments they’ve gutted but never finished renovating. I’ve been calling the leasing office every month since July of 2024 to fix my A/C. In October of 2024 I had mice in my kitchen, no clue where they came from but I never had that issue… before. I’ve called maintenance and the leasing office about that too and they did absolutely nothing. I got my own traps to catch the mice, still don’t know if I got them all. Also the mice have popped all inside of my stove and it might possibly be one dead in there too and still no word back from management or the leasing office, mind you I constantly call. They just want to collect rent and not serve their community.

How did this place get 5 stars!!!!

To be perfectly honest, this place deserves a negative score rating. If you see anything higher than a 2star they are lying. The place is a complete dump. I've been here for a year and it's TERRIBLE. This place is infested with roaches, the hot water barely works, my ceiling has been leaking for almost 70% of my lease and they refuse to fix the issue. The laundry room is always dirty and it's only one machine working, some floors don't have any working, which makes a conflict because they have… to come to our floor. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!

Please DO NOT move here unless you have no where else to go. The leasing office staff and maintenance are completely unprofessional and lazy.

Wasted my time

I had a tour scheduled for Saturday, which I got multiple confirmation emails for. Showed up and there was nobody at the leasing office, and no way to get ahold of anyone. When I tried to enter a lobby area to see if I could find anyone, it stank. There’s garbage in the grass around the properties. There are much better apartments in the area, do not waste your time here.
