    Very Negative Experience

    Since moving in, I have had to file many noise complaints on neighbors who are rude and disrespectful, partying until 3:00am on weekdays, acting like they are on a college campus. I have also called the police on several occasions. Nothing is ever done by management to resolve the issues. The grounds are not well kept, and snow removal is poor. Maintenance and customer service is lacking. Pet owners are not held accountable for not picking up after their pets.During warmer months, the smell of… marijuana is often present and filters it’s way into your apartment. Although it is a lease violation, all that we ever get is a gentle reminder in our email. I am very disappointed in this community to say the least.
