Great place to live

I have lived here for 8 years and love it. If something needs fixed, maintenance is on it within 24 hours. Mikey and Doug are awesome (maintenance), friendly and knowledgeable. Alyssa the Manager is also amazing, she is friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Blendon Woods Apartments, its a great community to live in. Its very close to stores and freeways.

Highly recommend blendon woods luxury apartment

We’ve been here for more than 03 years, we enjoyed staying here, nice, quiet and safe location , close to new Albany, Polaris and uptown Westerville, receptionist is very nice and helpful, staff and maintenance are responsive when it comes to requests

Home!

Blendon Woods Luxury Apartments has been my home for the last 2, going on 3 years. I love the feel of being in the Blendon Woods metro park and the scenery and kind of barrier from the highway that provides. Maintenance is always kind and timely with requests. Apartments are large and feel like a home - not just a small apartment. Perfect location close to Gahanna, New Albany, and downtown Westerville, with super easy highway access and close to both Easton and Polaris shopping malls.

Comfort and Space

Living here is being at home and not lacking in comfort. Maintenance always answers when we ask. The receptionist at the office was always helpful, even though I didn't know how to exchange a word in English. It is well located and quiet. The apartments are large and have plenty of storage space. I changed cities, but if I go back to Ohio, that's where I come back. Leila Rodgers

This is NOT the place If you want to be in a safe community

No security system in place
Car break-ins very frequently .
Management doesn’t care about your needs.
Pest problem during the summer.
Heating problems during the winter.
Pool and parking gets used by people who don’t live there .
