Do not waste your time trying to live here. the management sucks and they are rude. there has been multiple times with me and i’ve had plenty of neighbors tell me the same thing. there’s been multiple times where we’ve had random fees added to our rent. prior to moving in the apartment it already had damage to it , when we moved out we were sent a bill of almost $1000 in damage fees which almost all of them were there prior to move in. they charged us for the laundry room floor damage… the... upstairs neighbors washer broke and leaked into our apartment a week after we moved in and they did nothing to fix the water damage in our unit all they did was give us fans to dry the water. but we’re still being charged for the damage we did not cause. another thing is our microwave broke and we called maintenance and they came and fixed it for us in August so it’s brand new… we’re being charged for that as damage, when nothing is wrong with it at all. There’s things on the list that just weren’t damaged at all and it’s all because they want money out of their residents. I like the condo, the staff is very friendly and helpful, everything I have needed has been solved in record time. Common areas are generally clean, lawns trimmed. In snowy seasons, they clean the common areas quickly and frequently, in the same way they place salt and some cleaning instruments so that the residents can dispose of them according to their convenience. Absolutely the worst apartment ever! If a constant college frat party environment is for you; then this is your place! However if you are a hard working adult with a job, then the every night parties outside make this place not for you. And unfortunately the so called RA’s are useless and the management is even worse. You complain and absolutely nothing gets done. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The staff members are super rude, they keep putting 500 dollars charges on to my account and when i confront them, they told me to just pay it and don worry about it. When I knew I paid 500 dollars , The charges are still there and they keep telling me to just pay it and don´t worry about it. All they want is money and they treat the tenants poorly.
