Response to maintenance requests that are delayed and take extended periods to occur with multiple excuses and statements that are untrue. Making statements that an experienced maintenance technician knows are untrue. No updates or keeping tenants aware of the status of their request. So no communication or resolution of repair requests.

These apartments are different than others.
This complex has building that are still under construction. Great area. What is unusual about The Timbers is that the corner units are actually townhomes. The entrance to the apartment is on the third floor and from within the apartment itself is a 4th floor that has the bedrooms. I do not know the exact number of bedrooms, but I really like the floorplan!
