Nice looking from a distance but don’t look too hard.

30 year old rentals with a face lift. Very nice looking but the age shows after living in them. Builders grade materials that were installed with a measure once cut twice approach. Heating cooling, plumbing, and electric are always breaking, and the common areas like the tennis court and dog park are in a state of constant neglect. Overall the units get the job done for the price in todays market, but don’t expect a luxury apartment feel when you move in.

Amazing!

Living here so far has been a pleasant experience. Management is very understand and communicative. Though there has been bumps in the road, solutions has been made time and time again. We appreciate all the staff and amenities provided; they are truly spectacular. The interior all the units are pleasant beyond belief.

AMAZING.

I have lived here for close to a year now and am releasing. The staff has changed hands and the new management is beyond wonderful. They have worked and helped me with every problem that I’ve had in a timely manner, going above and beyond. While before my problems would get ignored and pushed to the side. This place is super pet friendly, and the community is very nice. The apartment renovation is wonderful, everything is new and modern. The place is spacious and the grounds are beautiful. You… can’t beat the location either.

Excited to Move In

I took a tour and I am so excited to be moving in. The place is newly renovated. The kitchens have new stainless steel appliances, new cupboards and counter tops. I love the fire place facade and light fixtures. The design is so modern. Can't wait to move in.

Great Place

Not only is this place great to live at. The location is perfect! Two minutes from Crocker Park is the best. The Barrington is very Pet friendly and offers newly renovated modern style type of living, with amenities all in one place. A new workout room is being renovated as we speak which i cannot wait for. The pool to the tennis court and the dog parks. Everything is in one spot you do not even have to leave your apartment complex to have a good time. Not to mention the management staff and… maintenance team are great.
