Brandywine Apartments

For the price in the apartment that I have I could live here for the rest of my life because I don't need a yard lol and I'm truly happy in this place it's clean and kept up and maintenance is there in the heartbeat when you need them

The staff is very nice the apartment is in very good shape All utilities are paid you don’t pay for electricity you get a dishwasher a big air conditioner love living here

I have just moved out of town after living at the Brandywine in Youngstown for four years. Having learned the rental housing market during my two moves, I can say that the Brandywine is a great value for what it offers. The amenities such as the swimming pool were great, and I always found the front office staff courteous and professional. My unit and its services were always well-maintained, and their maintenance crew usually responded same day to any request I had. A nice four years!

Maintenance runs in with no warning no matter how many times you tell them to hang on a moment, so expect no privacy.

I had such an amazing experience at brandywine. I am 18 and have no credit but the owner and the amazing girls in the office helped me get a place in their buildings even with no credit. Im so happy with the size, style and placement of my apartment and all the neighbors are very friendly! I absolutely love my new home.
