Carriage Hill Boardman

I lived here for ten years before moving out of town. The sliding glass doors were dated but with gas heat included in the rent keeping warm wasn't a problem during winter. The central air was wonderful during summer. The staff was always great, maitnance included. The lot can get a bit icy during winter but they do salt the steps. Location is very good. I would live here again if I ever move back. It is right next to the road but the complex does have a good amount of trees. So u still here... birds chirping and have a bit of privacy from balcony views on the top floor. I would def recommend this complex. Safe area right next to the middle school. The apartments aren't huge but are a decent size. My one bedroom had a very nice sized walk in closet. Read More
