I've lived here for almost 4 years. The maintenance crew is a revolving door. I currently have a maintenance request open for almost two weeks to get a leaky toilet fixed. A window they promised they would replace when I moved in April 2022 has never been replaced.
On top of that, they are charging new fees on top of my rent starting this year, all of a sudden it's 100 bucks more a month. Fine print on the lease for "shared" electric and gas, fees for dumpsters. I don't recommend living... here

Great place to live
We had a great experience living here! The office staff were exceptional - Kristen, in particular, was friendly, professional, and helpful. Both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The office team was very clear and transparent about all the policies. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. As long as you take good care of the place, you won’t have to worry about any unexpected charges. The maintenance staff were friendly and responsive, and they always... did their best to complete requests promptly.

Maintenance Requests Closed Without Being done
I'm a resident here for over two years. I am very unhappy with how maintenance requests are handled. I submit maintenance requests, they are closed without any work being done or any communication as to why. I call the office, they are sympathetic, but evidently have no authority to hold their maintenance staff accountable.

Not Well Run. Lots of Turnover. Maintenance optional.
I've lived here a few years. The office and maintenance people have completely turned over since I got here. They can't keep good employees. Maintenance requests are optional, sometimes they close them without completing them. Even so they jack the rent up every year at renewal. There are many empty apartments, I think that attests to the motivation people have to get out of here.

Don't waste your time!
Packages stolen, poor management, has turned into regular staff turnover due to the many on-going issues.
