We had a great experience living here! The office staff were exceptional - Kristen, in particular, was friendly, professional, and helpful. Both the move-in and move-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The office team was very clear and transparent about all the policies. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. I'm a resident here for over two years. I am very unhappy with how maintenance requests are handled. I submit maintenance requests, they are closed without any work being done or any communication as to why. I call the office, they are sympathetic, but evidently have no authority to hold their maintenance staff accountable.

I've lived here a few years. The office and maintenance people have completely turned over since I got here. They can't keep good employees. Maintenance requests are optional, sometimes they close them without completing them. Even so they jack the rent up every year at renewal. There are many empty apartments, I think that attests to the motivation people have to get out of here.

Packages stolen, poor management, has turned into regular staff turnover due to the many on-going issues.

Extremely poor management and very over priced. Don't waste your time.
