Awful management. Call multiple times and your calls are never returned. We’ve had problem with our fridge for months and they just seem to be avoiding the problem. Don’t expect anything to be fixed in a timely manner.

I knew someone that rented here. The aprtments seem very dark no light.
The management does not respond when things are broken or just worn out. Yes it is a good location. I would beware.

Peaceful and Quiet place to live. Clean and convenient to everything. Can walk to major stores and restaurants and now we have a dollar store. Easy bus access and single story and access to your apartment with minimal steps. I also have my own washer and dryer hook ups. New office manager and maintenance and they are really good.

I love the fact that these are all one story with private entry! Who wants to deal with a dirty, stinky common hallway plus all the noise associated with multiple levels. I even have my own laundry hookups! No more hauling my clothes around. I can wash clothes in my pj's if I want! Plus I have access to all the shopping and dining I could ever imagine and close to the highway.

These apartments are to be avoided!! They do not take care of their property and also if something breaks down, it takes a while to come fix it. If they even bother to do so!! The price for the rentals are not worth it. I would not even rent the apartment out at 390 a month. Windows are thin, cold air comes in and you have high electric bills. Also we have had issues of things being stolen from us at the property, Namely the sunroof of our car and also our Dog!! This place is to be avoided at... all costs!! Read More
