Esa Park Apartments

I've seen apartments that are wall to wall carpeted, newly each tenant that moves in, and although all of the units are priced the same, the layouts are all identical but need improvement.
Maintenance knows just very basics, and the original kitchen and cupboard throughout the units are as old as the buildings they are in, over 50 years and need replaced. Some units with AC do not work and my apartment has had power surges every season and I have blown out 3 fans total living there 2 years.
I... have seen better communities in worse areas of the city, but as a stepping point to get on the path to affordable/better housing it is something.
I do not like my neighbors, I have seen them come and go, and do not get comfortable with them near or in the housing units, although they have a lack of guidance with parents being responsible for their children in the neighborhood, taking care of them seems to be a hassle. I see little changes, but they are cosmetic and, have nothing to do with the apartments. The walls are thin and I have repaired my own toilet and re-caulked my own bathroom because the office managers would not hire professionals to come in.
