Huntington Falls

This place is an absolute JOKE. Waited a month to move in after being approved only for the fridge to be broken and men installing a sink in the bathroom on the day I moved in. They were there the entire time we moved stuff in. The place had definitely not been cleaned and the kitchen floor had some nasty black tar stuff coming out from under the fridge. Cockroach smells and particles all in the kitchen and one half of the kitchen clogged.
Now with the rent. These people are big fans of making... up a new rule on the spot and implimenting it right away. The rent has always been due from the 1st-5th with a $50 fee if late. Reasonable enough. Then it was no late fee and an automatic eviction because apparently some people weren't paying on time. NOW, as of today the TWENTY EIGHT rent is due on the 29th of every month. ONE DAYS NOTICE. Not even the 30th or 31st to be the last day of the month, but the 29th because again, I guess some people aren't paying. So instead of dealing with those people directly the whole complex gets a note on the door. It's also not set rent, so don't listen to that. It's per person and I've been working less hours the last few months than I ever have been, (still paying my rent) but my rent just went up $30. This place is nothing if not heartless and greedy. Title, don't fix anything, still water in broken dishwashers on move on day as well as no working AC or heat. Deserves zero stars and to be shut down. Probably breaking codes, so maybe authorities should be called.

This apartment complex is not smoke free. and they dont keep it that clean either.
