Madison Village Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. And I love it. Is quiet. The space is just perfect for one person. You only pay for your rent. They have maintenance people that come fast if anything happens. The manager is great. And she’s very knowledgeable and helpful. They keep this place always clean and well maintained. Yes they are older apartments and theirs a few minor issues here and there but you get that every where you go. The residents are wonderful tenants. Is like having your own family.... This is the PERFECT apt. for retirement....hidden in plain sight...in the city but secluded...a beautiful pond and wooded area out my front door...deer come up form the woods and eat out of my deer feeder...other wild life also....possums...raccoon's....of course birds and squirrels... we have a few picnic tables around the pond...the grounds and units are well maintained...security....a safe place to walk...many activities in our recreation center..mail is delivered to the office..central air... and heat...utilities are included in the rent...things are fixed almost immediately if any repairs are needed...a bus is available for free twice a month to go shopping for the residents...an adult community..I am loving it here!
